Don't get me wrong, I love mine, but there is a reason all the videos show installation of the REAR tire. Pro tip, send away the women and children before you do the front.

A Tubliss system came already installed on a 500 EXC I bought used. In the process of going between a 50/50 tire and knobbies I have yet to damage the system or cause it to refuse to seal so I'm pretty happy with it. YMMV.

On the Dirtbike channel Kyle uses Amour all instead of soapy water on the beads before fitting so he can use the sealant inside when fitted. He seams to have success with that. Also he inflates the high pressure bladder first to pop the beads up onto the rim properly. A step missed out on this video.

Can you use a silicon spray instead of soapy water to help tire seal?

I'm putting this on my front tenere 700 tire. Can I tour with this system or is it only for off-road?

I've had problems getting the pressure of both my front and back inners to 100psi. Both only go to 80psi. Both installed by bike shop. Any ideas what may be wrong?

And when you get a flat, can you use a tire plug?

Great video, thanks for sharing, quick question. Can you have normal tire pressure instead of low tire pressure?

FYI, you do not use nearly enough soapy water plus you need to coat all parts of the tubliss system with silicone spray. It needs to remain slippery to work properly.

I just filled the high pressure, then torqued the rim lock, then filled the main chamber to 18lb. And the high pressure tube burst. So the order must really matter

My rim has holes, 2 but are directly opposite of each other. Is it okay to install them like that, just moving the inner tube to the other side or they have to be 4spokes apart??

I still submit Tubliss is easier to install a tire than tubes.

I am installing the Nuetech Tubliss Gen 2.0 on my Ural CT, the CT stand for City Turing, thus not a dirt bike but a street bike with a sidecar attached. How fast can I safely go on the highways?

Is this can be run on the highway to the trails ?

Is this system also to use by KTM 890 Adventure R ? I use Tubless Tires and i think this can be good.

I need to ride on the road to get to the trail. Can I up the air to about 23 psi until I get to the dirt?

I have a damaged rim, its got a slight bend where it hit a baby head or something. gonna hammer it out, but if its not perfectly fixed will this system likely leak? Anyone have experience here?
