I think they are actually splitting up. In the pictures you see all of robyns clothes and none of kodys. I really didnt think they would split up so soon, but why would half the closet look so empty?

All you have to do is look at comparable homes and see that none of them are pending. See they've been on the market for months and see that many of them are more updated than Kody and Robyn's home and that gives you an idea that the home will likely not sell quickly. There are comprables that have come down $300K from top sale price. The market is struggling. Its possible if the feds lower interest rates this month it could boost home sales.

I do not think they are seperating. I think this is just an attempt to add more story. They want to try to make people like Robin because people dislike Kody, they know people will tune in to see it go down. But we know that is not what is going on.

In my opinion I think Cody likes to move for the attention. When they’re new to any neighborhood they get lots of attention and he can share his story. Then after a few years the attention fades and it’s time to move to get that high again.
