iPhone 16 Pro & Pro Max EXPERT Review: Worth the Upgrade?

I also tested the bigger displays with the improved 48MP ultrawide camera and new video features like Audio Mix and 4K 120fps slo mo in my iPhone 16 Pro Max camera test. We’ve got all the benchmark and battery life results and break down the iPhone 16 Pro specs, colors and pricing. Overall, these are impressive flagships, but the iPhone 16 Pro upstages the Pro Max now, in my eyes.

Upgraded from my 14 Pro Max to the 1TB 16 Pro Max in desert titanium, I was tired of the battery life on my 14 Pro Max and USB C would also have been worth it alone but that’s not the only reason i upgraded, improved cameras, Apple Intelligence along with USB C. Great review which was well balance and informative.

Very good review. I've decided to give up anguishing over upgrading every year. I jumped from my iPhone 14 PM to the 16 PM, and used the AT&T upgrade anytime plan. Basically, renting a phone every year. Floundering in retirement, I've decided to really get to know the photography aspects of these cameras. I've rather stupidly used about 1/3 of the power of the Pro phones for years, so now that I have the time, I'm going to expand my horizons. Again, thanks for the review.

Just subscribed and thanks for this really informative review. I’m 70 and just retiring after 20 years as a farm and ranch broker. I currently have the 13 Pro Max and purchased the larger model because I had to read lots of documents on my phone. I will no longer have that requirement so, after watching your review, I will be ordering the 16 Pro. I still am outside a ton and we don’t do fanny packs out where I live. Oh, you might wear a fanny pack once, but even the cows and horses would be snickering. So I need to put a phone in my pocket a lot. Thanks again for helping me make a decision. Jim in Oregon

Gonna be getting the 16 pro. Since it will be a free upgrade through my phone carrier. I am currently using a 13PM. Didn’t wanna go with a smaller phone at first but I’m actually looking forward to it now. A little concerned on battery life. But with how bad my battery has gotten on my current phone anything will be better lol
