Well, Lawyer Kong did actually get really close with legally destroying SMG4s channel-

I mean Lawyer Kong is the best villain.

He's evil, but not too evil (he doesn't want to kill absolutely everyone like Niles does), but he's not a constant joke either.

He doesn't have control over everything thanks to some kind of extremely powerful magic, but because he's smart, and manages to manipulate the higher ups of Nintendo into doing what he wants, including Miyamoto.

And finally, he's funny. His voice being the DK Rap's voice is awesome, and he also quotes funny memes from time to time.
