Top 10: The World’s Most Innovative Countries – Global Innovation Index 2022

Switzerland, the U.S., Sweden, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands are the world’s most-innovative economies according to WIPO's Global Innovation Index 2022.

Published on September 29, 2022, the Global Innovation Index 2022 ranks the innovation performance of 132 countries and economies around the world. Themed "What is the future of innovation-driven growth?", this year’s edition focuses on the effect of innovation on productivity and wellbeing of society over the coming decades.
