Love the green island with butcher block. The staging was spot on. The modern rustic is always a winner in my book. The blending of old world charm with new world technology is a win-win. Your daughter has the "touch", such a cutie!

I don't know how you know what to pair together. There is so much risk in it. I usually like the lighter design, but I think going with the green and medium stain on the wood with even more of the space might have looked nice, too. This is a fun show! Thanks!

To me the house is nice but they could've paid like 1500 more to sand and stain the other two sides of the fence to have them all match or not look older. The backyard tends to be one of the last part they look at and a teetering buying can be swayed to buy or not buy by that. Remember the kitchen and focal features(fireplaces) are key, but the back yard can remove doubt from a buyer.

One thing I hate about this house is that weird pillar that’s in the middle of the living room as well as that weird wall dividing the entranceway to the bedrooms, if they would’ve gotten rid of that, I would’ve loved it

Did I heard it right, 1, 200 for 60 ft fence. NO WAY!!! In Bay Area, its min 50 linear/ft. Even 3 years ago, I dont think it could have been like 30.

Do not know how the kitchen redo would only be $12k, I purchased a new spec house and spent $5K to add 6 cabinets, true they were quality.
