Something I’ve found that helps me (since I don’t like sleeping with earbuds or headphones in) I turn the volume all the way up and put my phone under my pillow— i can almost feel the heartbeat against my ear..

My partner lives across the country so this helps me feel like she’s right here with me when we can’t sleep on the phone

Just wanna say thank you so much for this video. Recently I met what has to be the most perfect girl I think I could’ve ever met, we just instantly clicked and mesh so well together and have so many similarities (I’m in the U.S. and she’s from Mexico). This really helps me imagine being with her and gives me hope that someday soon we’ll be able to meet. Good luck to anyone else in a similar situation or for those still on their venture to find that special one. ❤️

Update: have plans to see her in October for her birthday!

2nd Update: We moved it to early in February. I started a new job recently and she had some personal stuff come up that made it hard for her. I’m still super excited to see her and I’m still just as in love with her as the day I posted this comment. (also, have something very special planned out for when I go to see her.. [hint: 💍])

3rd update: Less than a week away!! 🥳🥰

Final Update: Today is the first day being home since I went to go see her and it's so hard.. I miss her so so much. Things went very well, even better than I had ever imagined, it felt like a dream being with her. Easily the best days of my life. I hope I get to see her again soon. 🥺

I hope this provides some hope and motivation to anyone else in a long-distance relationship, and believe me, if you feel that the person is right and you have great compatibility, it's worth the wait to see them.
