Hi.... I have installed all the drivers and necessary stuff blah blah blah... but for some strange reason my intel edison isn't showing up in the arduino sketch. It is showing a series of things like Arduino /Genuino Uno and Arduin Yun. I need some help. Can anybody please tell me what is going wrong? Really appreciated :)

Hi Shawn,

I am doing all the above steps. Keep in mind that intel have introduced a common installer for all the IDEs so i am installing Arduino IDE through that. When I plug in my edison, the device manager shows COM4 but when I try to transfer the blink code to the edison, I dont see that port in the IDE and it by default tries to transfer through COM1, which obviously fails. Any ideas???

Hi!
I'm using Arduino Breakout Board with the Edison and following the steps on video but does not worked.

I connected the Breakout Board with my computer and the drives was automatically installed and the led on bord was turned on, its ok! I intalled Intel Edsion drives, like on tutorial video, but any new ports appeared on device manager. After that, I just extract the IDE and tryed to run it but only the load screen appeared and after that the IDE does not opened.  Could you help me?
