I have fair skin and formerly dark auburn hair so I have a closetful of brown and olive clothing. I've struggled with colors since my transition. Like you I'm a champagne gray. Very timely and helpful!

Thank you, Tanya, for all your insightful videos. Have just stopped coloring my hair after 35+ years and, funnily, am enjoying the growing out process. I have short, almost spiky hair, which looks more like the Kathy Bates picture right now, but the white/grey is definitely coming in more around my face. I've got blue eyes, and I can't believe how the white hair makes them pop! Had I know that all these years, I'd never have colored my hair, lol. I turn 71 next month, and am looking forward to being a sliver-haired grammie now. Please keep the videos coming.... I'm so enjoying them. All the best to you. :)

I was classified as a "Winter" years ago, and I find that those colors still suit me with white hair. I loved your video, as it was quick, to the point, and very useful! Thank you!!

I was born with black hair and had ginger auburn hair as a little girl on up through adulthood. Now I have brown hair with shimmers of gray coming in. I also am a cool skin toned, so I can wear several colors. Today for makeup I did a peachy look with peachy and lavender eye shadow. Today I sorted through my makeup and separated it into spring summer and fall winter makeup. I also had fun cleaning all of my brushes. I have green eyes and I have cool tones. Thank you Tanya. Your videos are fun.

I am a soft summer and got into wearing more muted cool colors when my hair was colored. Brighter colors look better now that my silver is growing in. I particularly like the blue and berry tones. I don’t think you mentioned red, which looks so fabulous on what’s haired gals.

thanks, very helpful. Pink, red, blue, purple, grey and black or b&w combo are flattering. Yellow, green, brown not so much. Really appreciate the honesty. Also the classic black & white with a punch of color (belt or scarf 🧣) really brings out personal sparkle. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ to all our silver sisters

I’m only 11 weeks into going grey and I think the hardest part is going to be giving up my favorites like browns, cheetah print and mustard yellow. And my dark brown lipstick! This is almost depressing!

Hi Tanya, I love all your videos. I am 71 and light grey. I also have fair skin with cool undertones and light eyes. I am Irish. I find that black is like death. It is very aging on me. Thank you.

Hi, I like wearing all these recommend colors. Even the pastels, even tho I'm tanned skin w/salt & pepper hair, much salt streaks around my face. I'm still transitioning & have dk brn/blk hair about half my bra strap length hair. I dislike the yellows, mustard and brown on me, very good video😊

This was so helpful. Thanks for taking the time to pull all that information together and present it so thoroughly. By the way, I really like these glasses you’re wearing much better than the other ones :-) thanks again.

I would tend to agree about your comment on the olive green, but since I have hazel, greyish eyes, I can wear it. I always question that choice and then my family says yes.

Loved the video. I am a Soft Summer and about 50% gray at 68. I thought my gray would be more silvery than it is. It appears to be more Champagne Gray with the ashy brown. I've not heard the term before. My daughter is a lovely Dark Autumn and in love with all the mustard out there! lol :) Mary Lou

I have orange undertones and am at a loss what looks right because my gray is cool toned and I feel like it just doesn’t look right on me. Cool skin toned women seem to rock the gray the best, and I don’t see much support for warm skin tone ladies with gray hair online.
