There are no visa appointments available at Mumbai VFS, what should we do in such cases?

I am into a huge problem related to APS.

I applied for an APS certificate in December 2023, but in January 2024, I got to know that I have a name problem in my documents.

The problem is that in my academic documents (10th, 12th, and college), my name is RAVAL MEETKUAMR, but in my personal documents (PAN, ADHAR, PASSPORT), it is RAVAL MEET. When I applied to APS with RAVAL MEETKUMAR, the APS form we had to send to the office had the same name.

So, in January, I changed my name in ADHAR and PAN to RAVAL MEETKUAMR and applied for a reissued passport. I got an APS certificate in February 2024 with the wrong name, RAVAL MEET. Now I also have a result passport with the correct name.

I mailed them more than 20 times and couriered all the documents, but I haven't received a response from them.

What should I do?, Should I reapply for APS with my reissued passport or just go with this APS certificate??

Hey Nikhilesh, could you create a video about how to get appointment slots. These days there is no waiting list option, it just says that there are no slots and one must keep checking at regular intervals. Just want to know how students deal with this situation

For a course with tuition fees, the only payment due from the university is an initial deposit. The balance can be paid in installments throughout the course duration.

What proof of fees is to be showed when the fees for the semester is not yet paid? Will a loan sanction letter suffice?

My ielts got expired I have give duolingo and the course i got admission is in English, can I tell them that I have met the requirements stated by the university and I have proof for that as it’s mentioned on the offer letter that the course will be taught in English. Will that be fine?
