Mother Talzin is really underrated tbh.
She showed so many abilities, which even tortured Dooku across the Galaxy.
She transformed herself into a Spirit.
Gave Maul new legs with her magick.
She fought Mace Windu to a stalement.
She is the biological mother of Maul.
Sidious feared her and It literally took Him, Dooku and Grevious to take down a weakened Talzin.

Quinlan vos is severely underrated. Especially since he was there since the BEGINNING.

Like man was chilling in the background on tatooine at one of the first meetings of anakin Skywalker.

Not to mention he was confirmed to be alive in the kenobi show. That can't be a coincidence.

Definitely Barriss
She was literally hurt because she didn't get any arcs for herself. She is an incredibly complex character and needed that.
Because of this, she is not understood by many fans.

Pre Visla was a great villain. He made Death Watch into a very strong terrorist cell with many soldiers and Gauntlet starfighters (who were OP as heck) right under the nose of Duchess Satine.
I found it really dissapointing when maul killed him, although he did go out swinging. Maul is a sith assasin after all, going toe to toe with a forceuser like him is very impressive
