As a Rams fan, when it comes to football, Ricky is the enemy. As an NFL brother to my Rams, i stand with Ricky! Real life is not a game! It's sometimes a tragedy, and i am glad there was no tragedy where Ricky coulda lost his life. I am glad Ricky survived the shooting, and got outta that hospital. He will be ok! What happened is the perpetrator shot himself in the arm as he was running from the police & getting in his car. The kid was also wearing slides, which if it didn't contribute to him shooting himself, it definitely didn't help.

Btw, Ricky's shooting was a clear through, meaning he got shot in the chest & had an exit wound in his back (which likely is what kept him from getting hurt worse). Ricky was released from the hospital less than 24 hours later. I've spent longer in a hospital waiting for imaging/test results to come back.
