Mine took 18 minutes to set at 180 degrees C and on air fry. Different make - mine is an Instant vortex plus. Also i pre fried the peppars, onions and frozen mushrooms first.

Interesting way of making, , myself I would only use 1egg, but same amount veg otherwise to much protein, question why do you not mix all in the jar first then pour in that way everything combined, I see you eat from the pan so I assume you can't turn on to plate as it has stuck.
