Madonna - Ray Of Light (Remixed and Remastered) [Full Album]

A brand new way to hear Madonna's seventh studio album. 1998 saw the release of the game changing Ray Of Light, which came packed with hit singles and universal acclaim. The album would become the best selling of all time, by a female artist, and is often regarded as one of the best records in music history. For this new edition, each track has been given a brand new mix from multi channels recordings. This is very similar to the Immaculate Collection, where each songs was slightly remixed and rendered in a new stereo mix, to breath new life into the hit singles, while remaining true to the original releases. Uploaded in one video, so it emulates that old school feeling of putting on an LP and letting it run it's course. Of course, the video is timestamped for those who want to skip to their favourite tracks.

Thank you for tuning in! I hope you enjoy yet another remixed and remastered album. I wasn't sure how I felt about my work on this one, but the songs did offer me a lot of freedom to play around with. As I always say, if just one person was made to feel happy listening to this, then my work is done :) This album truly is a masterpiece which you can clearly see Madonna is proud of, rightfully so. Listening back, I have a new found appreciate for it, in particular, Mer Girl, which I never really listened to that much. But wow, that song just makes you stop what you're doing and listen to the story. I, as a fellow fan, am very proud of this album that Madonna created (with producers). I wish you a glorious weekend and happy Easter. I send you all my deepest love and gratitude. You are all a ray of light!

I don’t care what people say, to me this is Madonna’s best album, she and William Orbit knocked it out of the park with this brilliant piece of work. Also, her voice never sounded better, I think those singing lessons for Evita really paid off.

Ray of Light had the most captivating and transformative effect on many generations at the time of it's release. In one way or another, this work caused everyone to question what we had, what it meant, and how to make it more complete in new angles different ways.
