Hand gesture recognition with openCV and c++

This part of the opensource code is written for a project which allows the customer in a restaurant to select the menu items or to swipe left/right for change of menu. This project also allots the table number based upon heads count. It is written in c++ with openCV. The response is quite faster due to c++ abstraction.
