The problem is not to stop receiving notifications which is basically what your video is about, the problem is to stop receiving messages without blocking them. For example I don't want to block A, but I don't want A messaging me or at least I don't A knowing that I don't want to open his message or reply him. Now, this last part might be confusing as you might suggest I turn off my read receipt, but if I do that, the message will show on A's end that the message has delivered, but probably not read. Is there a way A can just message me and it will appear with just one tick without me blocking A
