@HowTo Not on YOU, but not always a great way to show an example on youtube, since the 1080 is upscaled in editing and it's rendered in 4k. If my videos are planned to be only in 1080, I often still FILM in 4K (or higher) to enable cropping without losing much resolution. *Most phones even can shoot in 4K now.

Great video. Think I'll be using 1080p mainly. To be honest I couldn't see any difference in quality with your two examples, but then I haven't got a professional eye like you have. It makes sense to me who is just starting out with Action Cameras to use 1080p to save on memory storage too. I will be experimenting with 4k though and maybe in a year or so I will start to see differences. Great video's though, look forward to your next one👍
