These tanks would look cool with like colorful fake fish. My family friend had this real tall glass tube aquarium thing in their living room years and years ago that had realistic looking plastic fish in it. The fish moved up and down like real ones thanks to this tiny motor that made the water move. It was cool. (they did have real fish too, just in a real aquarium and they took good care of them)

The fact that some pet stores even LET people walk out of the store knowing they are going to put a fish in a bowl is wild to me. I work at Petsmart and anytime a person is walking around with a bowl and looking for fish, we radio for someone to go over and talk to them. There have been many times I have refused the sale of fish to someone who wasn't planning to care for them correctly. The Mind Boggles ..

There is a video about a woman getting a bets for her 4 yr old. It started out great. 20gal tank, things for him to swim throw and hide in. A filter. The tank looked great but then they added 3 snails, 3 albino catfish and a frog. Ugh.

The ipond thing, that would be cool if it was like. You know those lights with the jellyfish lights and stuff, like that but it's a fish instead of a jellyfish and can be a speaker. That would look cool

The shoe aquarium looks so dangerous not just to the fish but to the person wearing it, you look like you could either slip or fall wearing them, high heels are already uncomfortable enough

I have been wanting to tell you that you were the one who introduced me into the fishkeeping hobby, Ive been watching your vids for a year and thanks to you now I have a (cycled, ofc) rimless 5gal planted fish tank with only a male betta! I must thank you for showing so many people, including me, how fish must be cared for properly, and encouraging everyone to research and keep learning! And thank you for making me discover the hobby, every day I see my betta growing and his colors getting brighter (I suspect hes not fully grown yet), and that surely brings me happiness every day <3 Im hoping to get bigger tanks in the future!

Suggestion: Reddit has now removed the "sort by controversial" tool from the toolbar, but you can still access it by typing /controversial/ after the subreddit name. Easy trick to review bad owners in "good" subreddits

I feel really bad for my last fish because I got it at a party and it was in a bowl. I didn’t really how to take of it and we had nowhere to put a giant fish tank, so it died about a week later. Rest In Peace, Gerald. I’m really sorry

When I was little, my parents had a really nice, really well tended fish tank. We had a variety of freshwater fish that lived around eleven years. Because of that, I wasn’t even aware that people treated fish so poorly. As it turns out, my parents cared about our fish way more than most fish ‘owners’.

There's a TikToker whose entire channel is basically just chasing their hamster around. It's really concerning. In one video they even seem to follow it with a vaccuum. I'm so worried for it and hope that it's okay. It's so sad that they're tormenting it for views.

Would love to create an aquascaped themed tank, something fantasy/sci-fi/steampunk sort of think.
But it would worry me what sort of materials could be safely used.

With regard to the silly shoes, would be fun to have a pair with a resin fish tank like that, but obviously not a real fish entrapped in a solid block of resin
