you should slide it up a bit further, definitely fits better with the Pulse, also much easier to install with pc lying on the side

Guys, just build Lego under it until the height of your Lego is supporting it just fine.

What a calamity 😂. Forget the bracket for a moment. You've installed the gpu and tightened the gpu screws in a sagging position. Therefore every time you tried to lift the gpu up, it sprung back down into the position you installed it in
The way to do it is to lift the gpu above level before tightening gpu screws so once you let go it's more less level and then tighten the support bracket to help it stay level in the future

I got that same bracket with my Sapphire Pulse RX 7900 XT. Was pretty fiddly trying to install it, almost had to drill out a rivet in the back of my case that was hindering install but managed to get it in there in the end. Does a good job reducing sag so far along with the other anti-sag mechanism built into my case near motherboard backplate. That little block behind the screw bit at the end of the bracket can move up and down too for fine tuning it.

It will be helpful if you put the case on its back when you install the GPU and the bracket- then tighten it while its perfectly aligned - as if no sag yet.

At least this is how i installed mine

But of course, it is a very heavy/beefy GPU - so in time it might still SAG.

Amazing, didn't knew I would see it, somebody mounts while the case stands instead of lying xD

You don’t have any problem to install the braket if you put the tower on the right side.

“Make sure your wires are plugged in” would have been a better guide if you had explained which wires, thats a big assumption of knowledge

I cant stand that support bracket at all. Not only is it flimsy and doesn't do the best job at preventing sag but it can also scratch the gpu (cosmetically). I have a few cards so that's my perspective on this. I recently got one of these for a decent price and just made my own that supports the very end of the card and rests on the bottom of the case. Works brilliantly. I had a Hellhound 7900XT/XTX before getting rid of them and they had a very easy to set up effective solution as well. A base with a rod and an arm that holds the card on the end. Asus has a screw magnetic mount solution too for their TUF/Strix cards too that works pretty well. This anti sag solution is meh for what is a beast of a card.

with the bracket, lay pc on its back then install bracket so the card is ever so much bowed upward. it'll settle out when you put it back upright.

you should probably use the extra 3 screws that you got with the graphics card that are much better fit for screwing the extension that original ones.

Which would you recommend the nitro or pulse. Aesthetic isn't a game changer and even so I think I prefer the sleek red/black of the pulse. £100 price difference and unlikely to overclock

Fuck that bracket, the screws of my case are just too short. Just ordered a gpu holder from amazon, which will support the end of the card from the bottom. Makes more sense to me, this way it doesnt have a chance of sagging at all. The included bracket doesnt seem that well working to me

Did you use 2 8pin cables with 1 split into 2 . Or 3 8 pin cables from the PSU?

Hello thanks for the amazing video and the review on this card, I am using this card in the Cooler Master NR200P Max case. As the case only supports vertical configuration for this card I was wondering if additional support is still required?

Only one of the three case screws on my PCI-e slots will screw through the bracket no matter how hard I try 😢

I installed it but it ended up scratching the crap out of my card near where the fans are. Is there a way to repaint it?

Making my first build. I’m using those same connectors, but they don’t fit in my psu. I’ve spent a fee thousand dollars and want to smash it all and off myself. I should’ve gotten a sabotaged SE pc:
