Good afternoon Miss Kate,
I so love vintage recipes !
How you chose, the sounds are pure triggers !
Your voice brings me down to a sense of calmness which brings total relaxation before bed .
I have gone thru a lot this past summer and listening/watching ASMR is a way for me to breath, rest and empty my mind, if only for a few min.
