Wait. If the reason for Doc. Octavius' madness is because the inhibitor chip was fried and the arm's intelligence overpowered him, shouldn't he be sane and normal right after Peter takes control of the arms? Supposedly, Peter has full control over them, so they shouldn't be whispering into Doc. Octavius' mind.
