-Make substitutions based on our knowledge of trigonometric identities (cos[ a +- b ])
-Use the identity we work out in the previous question in order to make the function we have easily integrable
-Integrate the cos functions using the rule of the unit circle
-Evaluate the (definite) integral with our upper and lower bounds to find the answer
