Widespread flooding and power outages hit Toronto after heavy storm

Multiple power outages have been reported across Toronto as a severe storm brought widespread flooding and heavy rain to the region. According to the Toronto Hydro outage map, more than 50,000 customers were affected across the city early Tuesday afternoon.
