Now, things have changed, and some people haven't yet accepted the reality, and that's why we're here to share with you why what you have been made to believe, doesn't apply anymore.

I only received my 2 yr edge from a community college. I got bored and never learned anything except memorizing the answers.For me a waste of time. I got into investing in the late 80's after the crash and continued to learn to invest to this day.Fully retired at 59 and financially free.Still investing in dividend aristicrat paying stocks to supplement my hobbies.

I believe there's levels. Most people are not that connected. College doesnt teach discipline and the art of finishing something. Also where I live if you want to get paid over $17/hr you need a college degree. The ones that don't want a degree you have to do alot of certifications and stay up on certs like in the IT field. For the majority of people get a degree for a safety net and to have more guaranteed income. To add you can get a trade.

I'm a compulsive self-educator and turned my hobbies into two successive careers. However, I also have a degree from UC Berkeley in Geography that is career irrelevant and long since stale. However, the degree has been very helpful since when I tell people I have a Berkeley degree, they assume that's why I'm so good at what I do. They never investigate the situation and just jump to that conclusion. As well, sometimes situations have required a degree, which I legitimately have, but the folks consider actual experience to be more important than the degree itself. I feel that the indirect benefits of my BA have been worthwhile.

Very few degrees will make you rich, however you can certainly get into the upper middle class and then invest/save until you are wealthy.

The ratio of successful undergrads vs successful grads are huge, do not motivate people to drop out of college. Not all undergrads are genius.
