Anna didn't mess up twice by not putting the X in place. Each player gets only one bottle flip and Anna flipped and landed the bottle on her second flip both times, which you're not allowed to. This is why she kept exclaiming because she flipped the bottles twice instead of once.

Taylor did mess up by placing the X in the wrong spot one time.
