2 Blocks of cream cheese blend $2.50
1 block of cheddar cheese $1.25
1 block of mozzarella cheese $1.25
2 cans of chicken $2.50
1 bottle of Frank's buffalo sauce $1.25
1 bottle of Kraft Ranch $1.25
1 can of chili with beans $1.25
1 can of rotel $1.25
1 packet of Velveeta cheese sauce $1.25
1 bag of frozen spinach $1.25
1 jar of parmesan cheese $1.25
2 bags of tortilla chips $2.50
1 3-pack of aluminum tins $1.25
Total cost $20 to make 3 dips, would feed 4 people (realistically)
Soften cream cheese to room temperature, cut each block of cream cheese into 3 equal-ish pieces. The cream cheese will be used between all 3 dips.
Shred Mozzarella and cheddar cheese, divide some of the mozzarella and cheddar to make a cheese blend.
1st Dip: Mix cream cheese with chili, drained can of rotel, and velveeta cheese sauce. add to tin and top with cheddar cheese.
2nd dip: mix cream cheese with drained chicken (both cans) almost the entire bottle of buffalo sauce, and 1/2 of the bottle of ranch (approximately 1 cup of each). Add to tin and top with cheese mixture.
3rd dip: thaw and drain spinach, mix with cream cheese and parmesan cheese. add to tin and top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake all 3 dips at 400 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes, if desired broil tops for 3 minutes to brown cheese on top.
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
