Only just discovered Masterchef Canada, and I love the more collegiate contestants, and less-abrasive judges in the show vs the US one. Especially as they do it without compromising quality. And although I realised Michael was British-Canadian - I can’t believe it took me a few episodes to hear the subtle, but melodic, Welsh Tenby lilt in his voice, given I’m also Welsh. OMG I really needed to see this! I've been watching master chef Canada clips for the past 4 years or so - while the show is awesome, the judges are pretty uptight most of the time.
It was wonderful to this lighthearted wholesome side of theirs (without Alvin in grunting in the middle lol -no shade)
