Delicious & Easy Pumpkin Butter Cookies l Low Carb & Keto Approved Recipe

Pumpkin butter cookies are one of my favorite types of cookies. This recipe is super moist and have the perfect balance of sweetness and pumpkin flavor. Depending on how much you love the pumpkin flavor, you can adjust the measurements for pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. This is a must try recipe because it's super easy and you can mix the ingredients in 1 bowl! Pumpkin butter cookies pair well with so many things like chocolate spreads, cocoa, and of course... almond flour!

Baking Tip: This pumpkin butter cookie recipe gets a bit tacky/sticky. When you're using your fork to create the design, you can spray it with cooking spray to prevent the fork from getting stuck in the cookies.
