Just a tip for everyone. One of our SOPs for making ice cream is to lay the bag flat on the counter after filling the hopper. Then you take a flat scraper and you scrape from bottom up. This will help you prevent a lot of waste over time.

All that milk and cream for little container of Oreos... 🤣7:42 - For those who don't know, the recipe shown here is 100% overrun (100% air added into the ice cream, 2 gallons of milk, will provide a final product of five gallons of ice cream, thus 2 gallons of air added 🤮). Good quality premium ice creams such as "ben and jerry's" only have 20% air added into their ice cream, thus nice thick, dense, rich and flavorful premium quality ice cream. El Cheapo airy ice creams are being made here.
