Amazing home! It's rare to find so much original woodwork that doesn't have 10 layers of paint on it. Be thankful to the renovation gods and please restore it to it's original glory! And...what are you doing about light fixtures? I'd love to see some gorgeous antique chandeliers on the first floor that would enhance the period feel ;).

Debris removal must be a challenge, especially from the 5th floor. I would think this one will be quite the challenge to modernize but keep the wood details. I know I’ll really enjoy this project.

Talk about dream house!! 🤩 It looks like a double brown stone. I’m surprised they didn’t want to sneak in a little elevator, at least on the top floors. The wood work almost looks mint. What about the yard? Are they turning the bottom floor into an apartment?
