DESCRIPTION:
A fascinating way to eat grass.
Most people would struggle to believe that 'grass' is the most eaten plant on earth.
Think Wheat, Rye, Barley, Oats, Rice, Sugar cane, Spelt, corn. Amazing huh.
Grass seeds are used to make our bread, pizzas, pies, sausage rolls, cakes, cereals, muesli bars and much, much more.
Our most common sugar comes from the evaporated juice of 'Sugar Cane grass.'
We owe our lives to grass.
One part of grass that is commonly overlooked is the unripe flower heads and the carbohydrates above the growth segments.
This video shows you how to harvest and enjoy this little delight.
It tastes like a mix between cucumbers and snow peas.
