Discord verification required problem #discord | Pls Help

Guys I am done with discord now I tried everything to get my account back but it just says Email already exists so I can't login or delete account😢

It’s doing the same for me, won’t let me do anything :/ why does discord have to even have it. It’s so stupid my phone number is hooked to my old account that wouldn’t let me back in. So this is the only account I have I even got nitro on it and my friends.

Same bro but they have system that if any acc is inactive more than 2 years they will delete that acc so I think if I will not login to my both acc so that mean they will delete my acc
