What I would do is bench Rodgers not cut him. That way he still has to show up for practice and games. Someone on the Jets should have the guts to say we had enough and bench him.

Rodgers is putting up historic numbers for a Jets QB. 2015 Fitzpatrick is the only Jets QB outperforming him in 25+ years. 67 Namath, 85 O’Brien and potentially 98 Testeverde. The problem is the Jets organization, coaching, and defense.

What a great way to tarnish a legacy and career that is still gonna be a HoF deal. The half stepping and not participating with the team has certainly not helped. I highly doubt the leopard will change his spots for next year. Be best to just move on for everyone, including fans. The media might have to work a bit harder for headlines though.

Aaron rodgers doesn't care about the jets. He never took his position seriously. He laughed and smiled about things he talked about. He laughed and smiled when he did press conference when they lost.
Aaron rodgers will play like an MVP quarterback only when he is with the right team. This team is the Vikings. 😅😅
