Running 5 miles a day, 30 day fitness challenge!
For an entire month I ran 5 miles a day which definitely had an impact on me physically, emotionally, & psychologically. How do you think your body & mind would feel after running 5 miles a day, everyday for an entire month?
This 30 day fitness challenge was definitely a test of will. A test to see if I would make excuses or make it happen no matter what it takes.

"Don't negotiate with your goals!" -Jesse Itzler

Running exercise motivation! This past month goal of running 5 miles everyday, strengthened my endurance, stamina, faith in myself. As well as my persistence to NOT quit, to NOT negotiate myself out of doing it, & to defy my own self imposed limitations. Consider what other areas of our life have self imposed limitations. Consider what is something you can do everyday to defy your own limitations. When the mind commits to doing something, commit!

Awesome video! I will take on this challenge starting today and I will definitely look at it as not negotiating with my goal, I will just do it.

Where is the before and after? The proof? Anyone can say “I ran 5 miles a day” and do an “after thought” video.
