after the valid screen name, the setting of activating the twitter feeds is sent directly to my twitter account?

Hi. I bought the premium themes hestia and zerif pro, but I can not install them. When I upload the zip file and try to install it I get the caption: "The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini"
