The only reason Palpatine never judged Anakin was because Palpatine needed to gain Anakin’s trust to later turn him into Darth Vader, a.k.a. the emperor’s minion.😂😂😂

It's actually three people he told about the massacre. The third was A''Sharad Hett, a half-Tusken Jedi. The two wound up stranded behind enemy lines during a mission in the Clone Wars and Anakin confessed what he did after he attacked A'Sharad in a fit of rage.
