I totally agree. I called tech help and they were not much help or had a lot of confidence. A basic video of how to on your tablet would be very helpful.

I agree the touch screen version is crap. I found a way to access the previous e-AJC on my non-touch laptop. In the email from AJC for today's paper, go to bottom of page. Click on MyAJC. Go to bottom of MyAJC page. Click on Read next to pic. of Newspaper & Read Today's Paper Online. On this next screen if asked, sign in using your AJC username (normally your email address) and password. If you don't have a UN/PW you can register them on this page. After you sign in, It should start loading the old Olive Reader software and open the old reader version of the AJC. I think once you register and/or sign in it will go auto. to the Olive Reader the next time.

Totally agree with comments below.  I'm still not sure whether I need to find an app and download it for my Android phone or whether it just loads thru the browser session.  I'm pretty sure it's the latter, but there certainly might be a better way.  And lately when it doesn't load, then what?  What support options are there?  I have to send an e-mail or make a phone call.  Ugh!

This new update is harder to read on the regular computer.  I liked the old way.

I didn't really need a sales job/slick demo of features. Suggest a more basic video with a step-by-step of how to access on your tablet. I finally got it working, but it appears that I have to access the tablet version via a browser session. Could be a user issue or lack of understanding on my part, but that's not really what I was expecting....
