Of all the international hubs I have flown thru, only at ICN is where you can just walk from your arrival gate to next departure gate when transiting without having to go thru immigration and bag checks. Love it.

Hope someone has an answer to my question. I am flying air Canada from
Vancouver —> Korea —> Manila. When I get to Korea do I have to transfer my baggages myself to the next destination ?

I will have self transfer in ICN terminal 2 and claim my check in luggage have them re-tag. Do I have to follow the green transfer or blue arrival sign.

For instance, if I want to travel from Dulles Airport(Washington DC) to Seoul, South Korea to Cebu City, Philippines... do I need to go through security during a transfer from one international flight to another? Plus, would I request my second boarding pass to my last destination at the gate of my flight?
