That's the first time I've heard of that. Try finding an old seasoned one at a yard sale. If you still don't like it yeah don't use it.

I like non stick hard anodized cookware by Cook's Essentials. This brand is probably my favorite so far.

@wpderonn I don't have one WRITTEN at this time. I can add that to my list though. I do make baked pork chops. The trick is to bake them until the internal temp. reaches about 150 degrees and then let them rest before cutting.

I believe I put the recipe link in the info box Hun. But well done on a steak is usually about 155 to 160 degrees internal temp.

Use an internal thermometer. The temp should probably be about 145 to 150 degrees
