I've been thinking about YouTube and studying and traveling abroad my whole life. Last August, I was finally able to go to Ireland and Scotland, and like you said, "Ever since then, I have been plotting my return." But what you said at the end really resonated with me. The bit about being grateful to your 20 year old self for picking up a camera-- terrified, for pushing through and booking a ticket alone...I realized that what I want will only happen if I take the leap, even if I'm terrified. Especially if I'm terrified. Thank you for sharing! I know I'll be looking back on myself in a few years with nothing but love for my 22 year old self who picked up that camera, bought a plane ticket, and did it terrified. But knowing I'm not alone, and there are others out there doing the same is so uplifting.

Katie I have been here since the beginning and I'm so proud of you. It's amazing to see the growth. I remember you in your home on your gap year not sure of what was going to happen, then you moved to Edenborough, and finished your degree. While that happened I also finished high school, I moved cities with my family, I got a job, I started college, and I've had incredible experiences all in between there. I'm glad life is going good. Wow, yes!!! When you were talking about making spaces for yourself and always being yourself, but quietly. Oh my. I can relate. I can tell when I'm being myself and when I'm not. It's so much easier to be myself quietly in my own safe spaces, but I want to be myself loudly if that makes sense.
