I play 1 deck at a time. My collection is universally sleeved and separated by card type. This method allows me to play over 60 generals and run shiny shiny decks since I'll only own 1 copy per card. In the rare instances where some general makes an appearance in the 99, then I'll have a paper stand in for them in their commander sleeve.

one of my mates keep his cards floating around in a couple of shoe boxes under his bed. and he has cards like grim monolith in there. nothing is sleeved.

I have far to many unorganized cards. I need to find a way to get rid of them in bulk. I have binders for the cards that I value the most. EDH staples and situationally good removal/value cards. Other then that I have many, I mean many, Bundle boxes with a lot of random cards/sleeves/tokens/misc that I will need to sort some day but not anytime soon. Gonna be a week long project, maybe more, when I finally do.
Also I would love to see that Alela Stax deck you mentioned. I have an Artifact focused Alela deck so I like to look at other lists for inspiration and improvements.

Stickfingers is both an amazing cedh and edh commander. big body graveyard decks are fantastic but the graveyard combo potential is insane with stickfingers. I was goldfishing a deck and averaged a combo on turn 3-4.

I organize my edh stuff in its own box I labeled edh staples. Only uncommons and commons sorted by color. Then my rares and mythics are in binders organized by set then color.

I like the Ultimate Guard box you have. I bought one for me and my girl and they are really nice. It'll hold 10 edh decks pretty comfortably.

I sort it like "one with nothing" for cards that i wont use at all, "mindslaver" for cards i wont use against player i like, "oracle" for cedh and so on :)

I take it all of you don’t have them sorted in a Vans shoe box under your desk and assorted deck boxes with your decks in their own individual deck boxes? No? Just me? Cool cool cool cool.

Mine are all alphabetical so I can actually find my cards when I want them

I have something very similar, only scaled to a high-schooler budget

I use two different 3" three ring binders with the pages color coded to the color of the card. I sort them by WUBRG and then multi, artifacts and lands. The colors are sorted into creatures first by CMC and alphabetical, followed by instants, sorceries, enchantments, artifacts for each color. Makes finding what I am looking for incredibly easy!
