I figured it was time to start my own LEGO Creator Expert Modular collection! With the new Police Station modular releasing on Jan. 1, I wanted to get a jumpstart on some of my favorite ones to date!

I agree, modulars are some of the most iconic themes lego make. Once i have enough money, im gonna get the Assembly Square, Downtown Diner, Bookshop, Detectives Office and Parisian Restaurant

Just did the same as you. Bought the Bookshop and just got the Corner Garage on backorder. I plan on picking up Assembly square next then the police station next year.
