Session allows us to keep our user logged in into our app, so user need not to login everytime they open the app. Maintaining session is very common when we are working with user authentication.

Thanks a lot man! As always very clear and constructed tutorial. Can you also create a video about using a new jetpack dataStore in Java for login session (storing user acount details)?

1 question please: the login() and logout() functions were never called. How did you use those 2 functions?

Nice video, just one question so if we are saving the id and the name (in your case was "Ankit"), how can I get that name? I see that getSession() from SessionManagement gets the Id only. asking this because I want to save the access token from my API, would this be good to save the access_token so I can use it after for API requests in the future or what would be the best option to save the user access_token from my API and then use it later? Thanks!
