Moreover, many of them were bred for violent purposes, such as hunting and home defense. It’s no small wonder that 4 million people are bitten by dogs each year. That’s why we came up with the list of the most dangerous dog breeds for this year based on the breeds that bite most often as well as which breeds have the most fatal attacks attributed to them.

All in all, these ten dog breeds represent the most dangerous ones out there based solely on the number of people they kill and how often they attack others. They’re threatening not just because of their actions but also because they have the potential to do such terrible damage.

How is presa canario not on the list? Should be number 1 imo. They are like a shorter more agile Mastiff that was breed for hunting. They are used to take down big animals. I have one and have had a pit bull who looked more muscular. But this presa is something else for strength. It’s a female too I can’t imagine a strong males strength.

Oh I didn't get into this enough these are American dogs that have been messed up by AKC standards not the dogs they once was but there's a lot of dogs that should be on this list so what they have to be in America be the American breed of has been worked over by different genetics to make them show dogs not dogs people dogs my opinion that's why they probably bite the people they have taken their identity away and gave him a new one the people version maybe it pissed the dogs off so that's why they bite
