He's a pretty regular, earthy dude, I've dealt with him a couple of times and he was mad cool w me, reminded me of the guys I grew up with in Queens, NY, I'd lbe in a band with him, he seems like a mellow, cool guy.., I think his stage persona is a little intimidating but I think he's pretty cool in person, always busy, in a rush.. doing lots of stuff, guitar company etc.. more power to ya, bro..

id rather prefer him to be informative.
i actually think the wylde audio guitars are great. yes they are expensive, but this guy knows how to get a great tone, and knows what you need to achieve it from the guitar. the guitar has all the stuff that makes it a solid good sounded instrument. first the wood combination is great... heavy mahogany, maple top with maple neck and ebony fretboard, with emgs, a good bridge and good nut. cant go wrong here.. then the neck being fat and the connection of the neck with the body is really big, and thats one of the secrets to have a great tone.
might not be the easiest guitar to play (i rather prefer thin ibanez necks) but this one guarantees it will be a great instrument. he has 2 options now: adapt the guitar to people like me buy it and therefore make more money or keep true to himself and his believes of what makes the guitar special. i like the fact he has the balls to keep all his guitars with this same configuration. in an economic perspective of a business man running a company might look not be good, but sometimes these decisions are the ones that make u go further, because you create a standard of quality and tone and a trademark, and you become recognized and with time you sell more.
its funny how im sure zakk has all of this in his mind and is a very clever man and obviously knows how it is and you need to reach the top, and acts like a fool with jokes here. you can see he is really enjoying life
enough with the philosophy comment aha, i just feel wylde audio guitars are a bit expensive.. if i could id buy one.
