I tried to do this before and seem to have failed. RC planes and helicopters are my other main hobby. I never did any free flight, like this model, but I did control line and RC planes back in the 70s and 80s. Then I rediscovered the hobby in 2013 with helicopters and have been flying again ever since. You should be able to modify the tail on this model to make it RC if you want. Good luck! George

A long time ago, sadly l was very much into gas powered planes. I built myself a few, bought a few. I always loved it. My best was a P38 lighting. Still interested just life got in the way. I'm very interested in this plane of yours. I ll be here to follow along.
