I've honestly found the High Noon skins really samey. I think High Noon Jhin and High Noon Thresh are the two best High Noon skins. Thresh plays with the aesthetic of High Noon very well and Jhin just makes a perfect classic cowboy. But when the skinline went specifically full gothic it really felt like they all used the exact same effects and motif and stuff - make a fire-based skin and put a cowboy hat on it and boom it's a High Noon skin. It feels like, despite their expanding on the skin line's lore, they ended up being very reductive on the aesthetic itself.

The artwork for the skin looks really good to me and honestly gave me sephiroth vibes from one wing, basically wild west sephiroth, but the in-game model just loses out on alot of stuff. Things like the colors of the clothing, the silver arm, the way the feathers UNDER the coat in the art is now seemingly sewn into the coat takes away from the interesting aspects of the idea and design. I may not have the entire feeling of having too much cake as I haven't cared for the skins too much recently, it ends up being a cheap store bought cookie more so than anything.

A clockwork angel specifically, keep the dead man motif from the original Skin but now sow it with gears and bronze sticking out of the grotesque corpse thats in that perfect spot, right as he ascends from a walking corpse to a angel of bronze feathers, flesh and gears in a "Be not afraid" type of Angelic fashion, the wrath of god for there is no peace without someone to enforce it
If high noon yone is a Walking, shambling, half living demonic corpse
Then peacemaker highnoon Yone should be just the type of angel god sends that makes the likes of him stay in their coffins

I genuinely miss the old High Noon skins, before it got smooshed together like an unholy chimera with Infernal. Jhin, old Sandscourge Skarner, etc. I just want normal cowboys with a bit of steampunky fantasy (and giant desert animals.)

I maintain that I want one of these skins to be a very thinly veiled Cowboy Samurai concept. Like a recent traveler from Japan learning the ways of the cowboy, the original can be him still learning and still have more Japanese-influence and the second version can be this fully realized concept as a true cowboy samurai.

Mentioning MMO’s has given me a thought. I don’t know how much connection you have to WoW, but a list of things to rank & review with lots of categories would be the raid tier set designs for each class. Taliesin & Evitel just did one for the upcoming expansion, to give you an idea. That could be another enjoyable avenue of content.

If they wanted to go full angel or the peacemaker route, they could have made him full angel. No more half and half, he's literally a walking corpse that has been corrupted by the power of angel and turned into a peacemaker, whether by his own law or not. But nope! More cake!
