Thank goodness it was just the outer metatarsal. My cousin just got in an accident (his dog dragged him down the stairs) and broke his fibula and tibia above the ankle (both leg bones broken and foot held on by just the tendons and ligaments). He has 6 weeks no walking and 3 months of recovery.
I hope B has a quick recovery.
