How about some "Drainage Pipes" for the gaps? It's not uncommon to see them on a wall like that and evenly spaced out. Just a thought. Looking good.

A friend and I did a large model of the Vimy Memorial in France. It is 6 x 8 of the 48x48 baseplates. Because it needed to be transported, we did it as 48 base modules, and then several chunks that were placed (and often interconnected) on that base. We connected the base modules firmly together at the bottom using horizontal T bars and sockets in one direction, and then vertical Technic lift arms into sockets for the other direction. For the top, we had a couple of plates (part of the grass in many spots, and hidden in many others) connecting each pair of modules. There were still gaps, but over time (months/years) they got smaller, as the continual stress on stud connections pulled them into alignment. The other thing to check for is any sag or mis-alignment in your wooden tables - a large amount of Lego is *heavy*.

Maybe graffiti stickers to hide some of the gaps, especially on those lighter-colored wall supports/buttresses? And half-dead plants or ivy on the wall above the buttresses, maybe not growing straight up but sort of sideways or diagonally, since that's how it spreads? Or some sort of pipework...gap or not, it all looks amazing!!
