Spot on as usual buddy! I am REALLY excited to see what Arthur Smith and Justin can do for and with each other. Right now, Smith can be cookin up and offense specifically tailored to Justin's skillset, and I'm sure, salivating at the possibility. On another note this is a golden opportunity to put Broderick Jones where he belongs

Every thing you've said in this particular Podcast is solid. Makes sense. But I think it's wrong to assume Fields and his Agent will accept what the Steelers feel is a fair offer with all the QB needy teams out there.

signing Fields to a 2-3 year deal is a win-win. If he improves and builds off of his 6 game stretch and plays well, great. If he doesn't, then he's a really solid backup QB.

People need to get over the idea that the Steelers are one old QB away from winning now. They aren't. They need to build their team around younger playmakers who actually still have upside, not around the fear of the older guys getting older.
